Glyph is inspired by Bourbon, but technically not. It’s not like any other whiskey, or spirit for that matter, really. It’s the first spirit that’s made, as they say, “from the molecule up.” Essentially, instead of aging and distilling, Glyph spirits source the flavors and aromas you’d expect from a whiskey molecularly through plants and yeast. Aside from that, they keep the process the same. However, this drastically speeds up production considering aging is no longer a step of the process. In that way, Glyph is undeniably innovative in that regard and doesn’t taste far off from traditional whiskey at all.
